Windows Cloud Servers
HOW TO START RDP ON A PC (XP/VISTA/7/8)
- From your Windows 7 desktop, Click the Start button
- Click the "Run" menu option
- type 'mstsc' (without the ' quotes) and press ENTER on your keyboard
- Enter your Server Name, username and password (listed above). Note: You may be prompted for your username and password AFTER you connect, just enter them again.
- Click the "Connect" button
ACCESSING SQL MANAGEMENT STUDIO
SQL Management Studio is installed by default on "Cloud Hosting" plans. It can be accessed by logging into the server using RDP.
HOW TO START RDP ON A MAC
- Visit: https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/microsoft-remote-desktop/id715768417 to download the RDP client for MAC
- Launch the RDP client and connect using your credentials.
Linux Cloud Servers
Login to linux servers using your favorite SSH client.
