Happy Friday Y’all, and please say Hello to our newest team member, Elliot. Elliot has joined our team as a Tier 1 Support and Sales/Billing Superhero. He has been working closely with Mike to get up to speed to to answer all your questions in the Support queue . Below are his funny, unique answers to our introductory questions.
Q. What is your position at 3e?
A. Do you have a fancy term for what Mike does? 🙂 I am the newest Tier 1 Billing and Support Team Member. I’m still quite new here and excited to learn every day.
Q. What do you like about your job?
A. I like the laid back atmosphere and the potential to handle problems that, as one of my co-workers put it, “are each as individual as a pretty little snowflake.”
Q. If you didn’t work for 3e what would you want to do?
A. Well I’ve worked in various fields, including camping/wilderness education, food service management, and music amongst others. So… lion tamer?
Q. When you aren’t at work, what do you like to do?
A. Music, running, biking, bar stuff.
Q. If you could have one Superhero power, what would it be?
A. I would love to have the ability to stop time, but (and this is important) not age while time is stopped.
Q. What’s your favorite techie toy? Tablet? Phone? Software?
A. I am continually amazed by all the new things I can do with what used to be a phone. Between apps, media, and unbridled connectivity, the content available at your fingertips gets closer to limitless every day. That said, I am also happy that one of its remaining features is the ability to sometimes put it away.
